ParentPay Dinner Money Top-up

The school uses ParentPay for school dinner money. To access ParentPay, please log in to the ParentPay Website.  You are able to pay online using your credit / debit card or make cash payments at PayPoint stores.

How to get started with ParentPay?

We will send you your account activation details. Once you receive these:

  • Visit www.parentpay.com
  • Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username NB. These are for one-time use only, please choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account – registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders
  • Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment

Please notify the Finance Office if you wish to use the PayPoint facility for the payment of school meals. We can then issue you with a plastic card that will allow you to make cash payments for school meals at local PayPoint stores. The first card is free of charge. However, any lost or damaged cards will be charged at £2.50 each. Payment cards take about two weeks to arrive but we can issue a barcode letter as an interim measure.

Arbor Payments

To purchase uniform (guidelines), materials and items from the School (revision guides, art supplies, calculators etc), please login to Arbor.
