Follow the same set of rules as all students. Be ready, respectful and calm in all that you do. Be rewarded for positives and sanctioned for negatives.	Following a code of conduct for all staff in the workplace. Working with people who have similar ideas. Being able to share collective ideas with a group of people.	Following societal norms and values to integrate positively. To use different social institutions effectively for example education and healthcare. To be able to go through life knowing the different agencies that are available to support when required.

To be able to see the bigger picture in what we are doing to put things into perspective. To use your knowledge to see beyond the classroom. Thinking about where the learning journey is going.	Seeing the bigger picture of your role and how it benefits the company. Understanding that your job role is important to your employer. Having line management meetings discussing well – being.	Putting ideas into perspective. Thinking about how your actions can affect others. Positive and negative effects of your actions. (Could someone get hurt from your decision?)

Intellectual playfulness

Completing tasks where there is more than one right answer so you can learn that different people make different links and sometimes it is not the most obvious which is the most helpful. Encouraged to look for patterns in your work and find the best solution. Being able to identify the links in your learning and justify why you think that.	Being able to work with others and appreciate that their may be more than one way to complete a task. To identify how you have overcome something and discuss this with your line manager. To look for the most efficient ways to complete a task and share this with others.	To understand that people parent their children in different ways. Realising that there is not one right way to socialise your children. To look for ways to give your children the confidence to be their authentic selves in society.

Seeing alternative perspectives
