In order to confirm your place with us you will need to enrol on Thursday 12th August 08:30 – 13:00 or Friday 13th August 10:00 – 13:00 in the Sixth Form Centre.
If this is not possible and you need to enrol on an alternative date please call on 0121 554 8122 or email Mr Billingham on lbillingham@hwga.org.uk.
Your place in the Sixth Form will not be confirmed until the enrolment process is complete. As part of this
you will need to complete a Student Registration Form. This can be done prior to this date using the link

Start of Term/Administration Days
The start of term for Year 12 will begin with an Administration Day on Monday 6th September – 8:40am
to 3:05pm. Year 12 will then be out of the academy on Tuesday 7th September due to the Year 13
Administration Day taking place, and will begin lessons as normal from Wednesday 8th September.
Monday 6th September – Year 12 Administration Day
Tuesday 7th September – Day Off/Working from home
Wednesday 8th September – School Day/Lessons as normal

When you arrive at the academy for Year 12 Administration Day you will need to go straight to the Sixth
Form Centre. If unsure where these are located, please do not worry as a member of staff will be at the
school gate to direct you.
